Having been absent from the world of blogging for four years now, I decided to dust off the old keyboard and start afresh with a brand new blog.
My old blog certainly served its purpose and I enjoyed many chuckles and some serious topics with other like minded people. I even met and married my present wife through blogging. So, some good came out of it.
I am a bit rusty revisiting blogworld, so be gentle with me while I rack my brains and get my head back around this great media.
My first bit of exciting news is that not ten minutes ago, a Greenfinch alighted onto our feeder and promptly stuffed his beak with all kind of exotic goodies we find in seed packets.
"What's remarkable about that?" I hear you say.
I haven't seen a Greenfinch in our garden for bloody years and could not believe my eyes when this beautiful male bird chose OUR garden for an early evening meal.
Honoured I am and feeling very humble.
